Rapid Prototyping Service from LK-MOULD China.
Rapid Prototyping — the process for rapid production of prototypes.
Before your component gets mass-produced, it must be tested in different ways. Does the component work as expected or are there problems with the functionality of moving parts? Is the dimensional accuracy in relation to the planning data correct? Does the component reach the target values with regard to breaking strength and temperature resistance?
Very often deficits of the component are only visible on the manufactured object.
LK-MOULD enables fast, consistent and reliable production in rapid prototyping processes during the production of your technical prototypes and pre-series.

LK-Mould Ltd., uses four different rapid-prototyping technologies to realize customer requirements cost-effectively and quickly. Our prototypes and pre-series of rapid prototyping manufacturing methods provide not only a better overview on future component results in series production, but they are are also highly efficient in terms of mechanical properties, component precision and surface finish.
We offer our customers extensive know-how in the following rapid prototyping technologies:
Particularly in the production of complex shapes, the rapld prototyping method of 3D printing is used, since this enables a cost-effective production of components.
The device is made by sdding successive layers of a photosensitive epoxy resin which is cured by an ultraviolet laser(polymerization).
In the CNC prototype process, material is removed on a milling machine with 3 or 5 axes. The plastic part is machined in the mass of a thermoplastic block. The plastic prototype which is produced in the CNC prototype process has mechanical properties which are very similar to the injection molded part.
In the process of plastic injection with rapid tooling, the resin is injected under high pressure into a produced aluminum or steel mold. This rapid-prototyping process makes it possible to obtain parts from the real material whose mechanical properties correspond to those of series parts. It is also ideal for the production of smaller series.
For the production of a rapid prototyping silicone mold, a master model is first produced by means of 3D printing or CNC machining. Under low injection pressure of plastic, the silicone mold (master model) can be duplicated for the production of small series.
